Chrome Salon would like our clients to understand by cancelling or rescheduling your appointment less than 24hrs, our stylists may miss an opportunity to fill that appointment time. We will charge 50% of the service that was booked. We will require to hold your appointment with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
No Show Policy
Chrome Salon know its important for our stylists to be on time for our clients and we would like our clients to feel the same way about our stylists time. If you No Show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service that was booked. We will require to hold your appointment with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Chrome Salon strives to make every client experience perfect. However if you feel that you did not receive what you were looking for please contact us within 7 days of the service. We will get you back in with the stylists that you saw to help correct any concerns.
Service: Chrome Salon does not issue refunds. We stand behind our hair services and will correct any challenges.
Product: Chrome Salon will exchange any product for another product.
Gift Card: Sales are final.
Credit Card Policy We do accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do add 3% to any credit card as a convivence fee. We always appreciate Cash or Check.
