Refund Policy:

Service: Chrome Salon does not issue refunds. We stand behind our hair services and will correct any challenges.  

Product: Chrome Salon will exchange any product for another product. 

Gift Card: Sales are final. 

Booking Online: 

Chrome Salon will require a $ amt or % amt of every service booked due to cancellation policy and invalid credit cards. Some appts will require additional product charges to be selected during online booking. Additional product will be determined by stylist at checkout. 

Pricing & Processing Fees

Chrome Salon charges for color services based on the amount of product used. Additional product mixed during a service are recorded as x-bowl charges and added to the final ticket.

A 2% credit card processing fee is applied to services paid by credit card. This fee applies to services only and is not applied to gratuities.

A 1% administration fee is applied to all services to help support salon operation and systems. This fee applies regardless of payment method and is not a gratuity.

Cancellation Policy:

Chrome Salon would like our clients to understand by cancelling or rescheduling your appointment less than 24hrs, our stylists may miss an opportunity to fill that appointment time. We will charge 50% of the service that was booked. We will require to hold your appointment with a Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover.

No Show Policy:

Chrome Salon know it's important for our stylists to be on time for our clients and we would like our clients to feel the same way about our stylists' time. If you No Show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service that was booked. We will require to hold your appointment with a Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover.

Client Communication:

You will receive a text appointment reminder 5 days prior to your appointment and you will receive an appointment reminder the day before your appointment unless you opt out of our text system. 

Redo Policy: 

Chrome Salon strives to make every client experience perfect. However, if you feel that you did not receive what you were looking for, please contact us within 7 days of the service. We will get you back in with the stylists that you saw to help correct any concerns.
